Lead Revolutionary

I am Lee and I became the lead revolutionary because of my own frustrations as a leader. Thrust into a leadership position and in over my head I struggled to create role clarity for myself and my team. Countless hours spent updating job descriptions and trying (most often unsuccessfully) led me to ask the “simplest solution” question. 

What is the simplest possible way to create role clarity that just works. Something that can be created quickly, that can change easily, and that will be used by team leaders and team members to create stronger teams.

It is all built on the foundational idea that every job has 4 key roles.

I LIVE FOR THE MOMENT when someone’s face lights up and they say it is the first time that they have been able to see their job on one page!
